How do I shop online?

Setting up an account

  • In the homepage, sign in or create a new account using the link  My Account.
  • In order to make a purchase, you do not need to establish an account; you can also continue shopping as a Guest Shopper.

Online Shopping

  • On the top navigator bar choose ‘Women’, ‘Men’ or ‘Travel’ to see our gender specific catalogue of products.
  • Once you have identified the product click on the product image and you will be taken to the order path. Here you will be able to see the description of the product and the price for a single quantity in INR. Choose a colour and enter the quantity required and click the “Add to Cart” button.
  • On the Shopping Cart page, you can proceed with the online checkout process by clicking on the “Checkout” button. You can also add more products to your ‘Shopping Cart’ by clicking the “Continue Shopping” link. If you wish to change quantity you can simply change it and can update the page by clicking Update.
  • The following page shows the products that you have chosen. Enter the billing and shipping information and click on Proceed to Payment.
  • You will be taken to our secure payment gateway where you can enter your account details and authorize the transaction.

How many days does it take for Accezory to ship a product after having received the order?

If you have ordered a product from the Classic Collection, the product will reach you within 10 to 12 business days. If you have ordered a product from our New Collection, it will take approximately 15 to 20 business days for delivery.

What payment methods do you accept online?

We accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express credit cards and debit cards as well as net banking transfers.

Is it safe to use my card on your website?

Our online ordering process is private and secure. The actual payment happens on a secure payment gateway page that is encrypted, protected and processed over a secure server.

How do I track my order?

We will keep you updated on the status of your order from the date of order till dispatch through our  Order Tracking page. On dispatch of your order, you will receive your shipment details & tracking number by e-mail. If you have not received our delivery confirmation e-mail, please contact us through the Contact Us form.

Do you charge for shipping?

No. We do not charge you for deliveries within India.

How can I modify/cancel an order?

You can modify/cancel your order by e-mailing us at info@accezory.in within 12 hours of placing your order. As we aim to maintain quick turnaround times on our order processing, dispatch and deliveries, we will be able to support your request only if it is received within the stipulated time frame.

Are you able to gift-wrap purchases?

Yes, we are able to gift wrap your purchase with elegant Accezory wrapping paper. We understand that our products are popular gift ideas. Our packaging of the product will also include our designer boxes that are attractive. For all gifts, we will not include the bill within the package but will email you the bill for future reference.

Can I change my shipping address after having placed my order?

Yes. If you would like to change your shipping address, you will need to contact us (support@accezory.in) within 2 days of placing your order with the alternate delivery address. We will send you an e-mail reply to confirm this request.

How do I return a product purchased in one of your stores or outlets for repair?

Accezory products are made to ensure customer satisfaction and to last for the natural life of the product. All products for repair should be delivered at your expense to any exclusive Accezory store or to a service point in the country of purchase. If the repair is required within the Accezory guarantee period (Six Months for bags and Three months for wallets), we will repair the product free of charge. For all repairs not within the guarantee period, there will be a charge depending on the repair work required. You will be advised of this charge when you deliver the bag to the nearest exclusive Accezory store or service point in the country of purchase. All Accezory products come with a Warranty Card. Please refer to this Warranty Card for further details.

Please note that the Accezory Warranty covers only manufacturing and materials defects and does not cover any damage caused by misuse, neglect, exposure to water and solvents or wear and tear, or purely cosmetic damages (such as scratched leather).

How long do you take to repair a bag?

We require a minimum of three weeks and a maximum of six weeks plus shipping time.

What is your policy on returns and repairs for online purchases?

How can I stay informed of any Accezory promotions?

We occasionally offer promotions in connection with special days and events to provide our customers with savings on their online orders. To receive exclusive Accezory offers and updates, please sign up through our Subscribe page.

How do I unsubscribe from your e-mail list?

If you wish to be removed from our e-mail list, please click here.

Do you share my information with others?

No. Your personal details that are collected through our website are kept private and secure and will not be passed to any third party outside the Accezory group companies. The details will only be used to keep you informed regarding updates and promotion of Accezory.

ABOUT OUR PRODUCTS

Are all Accezory products handmade?

Each Accezory product is lovingly handcrafted using the finest leathers. Our solid brass buckles are individually sand cast and hand polished, reflecting old saddlery traditions. Each bag is therefore, by its nature, a limited edition.

How often do you release new styles?

We have two seasonal collections a year. If you subscribe to our newsletters, you will receive our e-mails on the latest at Accezory.

What kind of leather do you use for your products?

Specific information on the leather used for a product, the treatment and how to care for the product is included with the purchase of the product. If you have a further question about the material used for a particular product, please contact us with the product name and we will coordinate additional information.

Do you have a product catalogue that we can download and view at home?

Yes. You can download our catalogues from the Download Catalogue page. Our catalogue caters to both men and women and consists of handbags, men’s bags, travel bags and wallets.

How do I take care of a Accezory product?

Leather care can extend the life of your Accezory bag. The product can be cleaned using a soft cloth dipped in moisturizing cream. Pen marks should be avoided because cleaning them will not be possible. Please look at your product packaging for specific care information that is unique to your purchase.
