How long will it take for my orders to arrive?
Orders Placed before 9:30 AM are usually shipped out from our warehouse on the same day on all working days (Mon-Sat).
Those places later or on a Sunday or on public holidays are processed and shipped out on the next working day.
Once shipped out from our warehouse in New Delhi, Deliveries usually happen within 5-7 working days depending on your location.
If Your Shipping address is a remote area that is not easily accessible by regular courier companies, the delivery of your order may take little longer.
In case of unforeseen circumstance such as strikes, Act of God or inter-galactic rioting, the delivery time may increase by a few days
Are there any shipping charges applicable on my order?

- Shipping charge of Rs. 75 will apply to all orders below Rs.599.
- Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders incur an additional handling charge of RS 50 per 500 grams (Approximately 2 Men’s Wallets). This amount is calculated based on your Cart weight and displayed on the checkout page before you confirm your order.
How does the delivery process work?
Once our system processes your order, each product is thoroughly inspected to ensure they are in a perfect condition. After they pass through the final round of quality check, they are packed and handed over to our trusted delivery partners. Our delivery partners then bring the package to you at the earliest possibility. In case, they are unable to reach you’re provided address or at a suitable time, they will contact you to resolve the issue.
How do I Track my order?
You will be received an E-mail or Text SMS with your courier tracking link once your orders are shipped out from our warehouse. You can also find the tracking information from your Orders History page. Or ask us at Help Desk.
Do check your e-mail Spam folder in case you can’t find the e-mail from us.
What is the estimated delivery time?
Estimated dispatch time of each product is written under the Shipping and Returns tab on the respective product page. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with the details of the tracking number and the courier company that is handling your order. You can track the status of your package 24 hours after your order is dispatched from our warehouse.
Can I pick up my order from the Accezory Office?
Yes! If you live in Delhi, you can drop in at our office in New Delhi (9: 30 AM -8:30 PM, Monday -Sunday) to pick up your orders. Do let us know in advance if you do not want us to ship your order out at email@example.com
What if a product is currently out of stock (OOS)?
Currently, the item is not available for Sale. Use the ‘Notify Me’ Feature to know once it is available for purchase.
