🛑 Order Cancellation
- Orders can be cancelled within 12–24 hours of placing the order.
- Cancellation requests will only be accepted before the order is shipped.
- Once the order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.
⚡ How to Cancel
To cancel your order, you can:
- Log in to your account and cancel from the “My Account” section
- or
- Contact our support team with your Order ID
💳 Refund for Cancelled Orders
- If your cancellation request is approved, the refund will be processed within 5–7 business days
- Refund will be credited to the original payment method
🚫 Non-Cancellable Orders
Orders cannot be cancelled in the following cases:
- Already shipped orders
- Orders out for delivery
- Customized or special products (if applicable)
📌 Important Notes
- During sale periods or high-demand days, cancellation windows may be shorter
- In case of prepaid orders, refunds may take additional time depending on your bank/payment provider
